St. Georges Park
The Friends of St. Georges Park have joined forces with KAF again to bring you a unique day of family entertainment.
A stones throw from the town centre you will find a lovely little park, filled with workshops, face-painters, shows and activities to keep all the little folk and their families and friends entertained and inspired. Bring a picnic and settle in for a day of fun filled adventures. Play in the paddling pool or in the playground.
Liberty Rocks, in conjunction with Shindig, will bring their spellbinding show The Wherever People to this year’s Kidfest.
Two sisters, travelling the world with their beautiful wagon, are charged with collecting all of the stories in existence. Join them for an interactive 25 minute performance featuring theatre and storytelling, which presents the topic of migration in a format suitable for a young audience. The Wherever People will perform at 13.00 and 14.30, the show runs for 30 minutes and is followed by an interactive workshop where children can explore the wagon and the technology inside it.
Times for show’s to be announced.
